These terms describe use of ExportMiya, an independently operated informational website owned by an individual in India. “ExportMiya Team” is the public publisher name, not an incorporated entity. By using the website, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

Informational use and verification

Our guides and resources are for general education. They are not legal, tax, customs-broker, financial or professional export-compliance advice. You are responsible for checking current requirements with the relevant authority or qualified professional before applying information to your transaction. Rules and procedures can change and vary by product, country, shipping mode and other circumstances. Read the Disclaimer for further explanation.

Intellectual property

ExportMiya’s original text, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law, except where another licence or ownership notice applies. You may read and use the site for its intended informational purpose. Obtain permission before reproducing or commercially republishing original material, except where applicable law or an expressly stated licence permits it. Third-party materials and trademarks remain with their respective owners; citing a source does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, misrepresent your affiliation with ExportMiya or use its contact channel for spam or abusive messages. Do not present illustrative documents as official approvals or attribute professional advice to ExportMiya that it has not provided.

Calculators and other resources

Tools depend on the inputs and assumptions described on their pages. Check measurements, units and results. The CBM Calculator estimates geometric volume for identical rectangular packages; it does not quote freight prices or determine shipment compliance. Examples and any future templates require independent checking and adaptation. No tool or resource guarantees acceptance by a carrier, bank or authority.

Third-party links and future commercial relationships

Third-party websites have their own terms, services and privacy practices. ExportMiya does not control them or guarantee their accuracy or availability. Consult our Privacy Policy before providing information through external services.

Advertising and affiliate links are future plans and are not currently active. Some pages may in the future contain affiliate links. Where applicable, relationships will be disclosed and ExportMiya may earn commissions. Any future advertising or commercial placement is not a guarantee of the advertised product or service and should not replace independent evaluation.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide useful information, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability or that every page is complete and up to date. Content or tools may be corrected, changed or removed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ExportMiya does not accept responsibility for losses caused by reliance on general content or calculator results without the transaction-specific checks described above, or for matters outside its reasonable control. This does not exclude or limit any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove applicable statutory protections.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply. No particular city or exclusive court is specified here.

We may revise these terms as the website changes and update the date above. Review the terms when using new or changed services; any material changes should be explained when introduced.
