This policy describes ExportMiya’s current website practices and separately explains services we may introduce later. ExportMiya is independently owned and operated by an individual in India, using “ExportMiya Team” as its public publisher name. For privacy questions, email team@exportmiya.com.

Current website practices

ExportMiya currently does not require user accounts, operate a newsletter or provide a contact form. It has no user database and does not store calculator inputs in a database. The CBM Calculator processes inputs in your browser and does not send them to ExportMiya; Copy Result uses your clipboard only when you request it.

Google Analytics is integrated for the configured production website as described below. Google AdSense and affiliate links are not currently implemented. A lightweight analytics consent banner is available; it is not an advertising consent-management platform. This is not a promise that every hosting, security or email service involved can operate without technical information.

If you email us

When you voluntarily email team@exportmiya.com, your email address, message and any attachments are handled through your and our email services. We use correspondence to respond to the enquiry, investigate reported issues or corrections, and manage the related conversation. Email providers may process that information to deliver and protect the service under their own policies.

Please send only information needed for your enquiry and avoid confidential shipment documents, account credentials or sensitive personal details. We do not add email senders to a newsletter. Correspondence may remain in the email service as needed to handle the enquiry and related records; we do not promise an automatic deletion period. Contact us with questions or a request concerning your correspondence, which we will consider under applicable requirements and the information available to us.

Hosting and technical information

The production ExportMiya website uses Google Firebase Hosting to deliver its static pages and assets. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser/device information and request or log information to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose problems. Handling depends on the provider settings and applicable terms; we do not promise an unverified retention period. Cloudflare was used for the earlier preview environment. Google Analytics

ExportMiya uses Google Analytics through the Firebase Web SDK to understand aggregate website usage and performance. Collection starts only after you choose Accept analytics (or have a saved acceptance), in supported browsers on configured production builds; ordinary local development and localhost previews do not initialise Analytics. This implementation does not add custom events, user IDs or advertising audiences.

Analytics may process technical and usage information such as IP/network information, browser/device information, pages viewed, interactions, and cookies or similar identifiers where applicable. Google’s processing depends on the service configuration and browser choices. Calculator input values are not sent as custom Analytics events. Analytics is off by default for all visitors. Before acceptance, we do not load the Firebase Analytics SDK or Google measurement tag or send analytics pings. Accept analytics allows analytics storage and collection; Reject analytics leaves it off. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied in both cases. You can use the guides and calculator with either choice. The site uses a basic consent approach compatible with Google Consent Mode; this is not a claim of complete compliance with every jurisdiction’s requirements.

Advertising we may introduce

ExportMiya may use Google AdSense or other third-party advertising services in the future. No AdSense ads are currently being served by the website implementation.

Where advertising is enabled, advertising partners, including Google where used, may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process IP addresses or similar identifiers and technologies. Depending on the service, settings and permitted choices, these may support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalisation. Other advertising vendors may also have their own data practices; the actual partners and available choices will need to be disclosed when introduced.

The banner offers Accept analytics and Reject analytics with equal treatment. Your choice is saved in this browser’s localStorage under exportmiya.analytics-consent.v1, with the value accepted or rejected. This preference is stored locally, without a backend consent database or a separate request to ExportMiya. The consent state is applied to Google’s tag when Analytics is enabled. The preference has no automatic expiry and remains until you change it or clear this site’s browser storage; it is not shared across devices or different website origins.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer of any page to reopen the controls and change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance disables further Analytics collection and updates the consent state. It cannot undo data already sent, cancel requests already in flight, or automatically erase existing Google cookies or previously stored Analytics data. Browser settings can remove existing cookies if desired; changing your choice here does not require manually deleting storage.

If browser storage is unavailable, your decision still applies to the current page, but the banner may appear again on another page. An unreadable or missing preference defaults to Analytics off. If JavaScript is disabled, Analytics and the preference controls do not run; static guides remain available.

This lightweight control is for the current analytics-only site. Before enabling personalised AdSense ads for EEA, UK or Switzerland traffic, we must implement or review a Google-certified CMP integrated with the applicable consent framework (currently IAB TCF). No AdSense code or advertising personalisation is active. Future advertising requires a separate policy and implementation review; this banner is not a certified advertising CMP.

Future affiliate links and third-party sites

Some pages may in the future contain clearly disclosed affiliate links, and ExportMiya may earn a commission from qualifying purchases or actions. Affiliate links are not currently implemented. An affiliate or merchant service may use tracking technologies when such links are introduced; actual practices will need to be disclosed then.

Our site links to third-party websites for references and other resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which ExportMiya does not control. Check those policies before providing information or using their services.

Intended audience

ExportMiya is intended for business and informational use and is not specifically directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child’s personal information has been sent to us inappropriately.

Changes and contact
